Background and interests: I've been a rep in several locals now. I believe that most locals can be more powerful by altering the way we organize and access our collected experience and intelligence. The old asymmetrical knowledge model of rep/leader as the top of the hierarchy is both inefficient (because of turnover, etc) and less democratic than need be. Not hard to guess that I'm interested in wikis and going as paperless as practical.
